Q2: How long will it take for my order to arrives? 
       How to inform B&R if I completed my remittance? 

A: It takes 3-4 working days for preparation, and 3-4 working days delivery the parcel to your designated convenience store, the average processing time is 3-7 business days (approx.)

After we complete the preparation of merchandise, it takes 2-3 working days to reconcile accounts and send by post, in case if out of stock we will SMS to dear buyers. 

Q3: The items I am interested is sold out / out of stock, are they restockable?

A:  Yes, it takes 4-6 weeks to replenish. Restock is possible and is so easy.All you need to do is to fill in your name and email address. Once we have ready stock again, we will email to notify you. For detailed instructions, please refer to “Replenishment Advice

Q4: Do you have earring change to clip-on earring service?

A:  Sorry, we don’t have this service , please refer to clip-on earring selection.

Q5: If faulty item received, can it be returned purchase?

A: Yes, if faulty or error item received, please contact with our customer service within 10 days from the date when you got your package .

Q6: How to measure my finger size and how to judge if the size fit for me?

A: We use inner diameter (cm) as measurement unit, 

we recommend:
1. Please take a ruler to measure the inner diameter of the ring which you usually worn.
2. The measurement can be made for the widest diameter of your finger.

Q7: Do you have a physical shop I can purchase from?

A:As of now, Bonny and Read is solely online-based and only transact online, we do not have any physical store at the moment.

Q9: Any service charge if I use credit card to pay?

A: First of all B & R Jewelry does not charge any fees with the client, and we provide two ways of credit card system.

1. AllPay : No service charge.
2. Paypal : No service charge for Taiwan buyer which using currency of New Taiwan to checkout,  overseas purchaser or non-NTD
    will have to pay processing fees.

Q1: Can non-member make a purchase order?

A: Yes, it can. 
For non-member still can make purchase order, but the shortcoming is buyers cannot check your order status in the future.
In order to protect your rights, we recommend buyers to join as members. 

Q2: How to register as a member?

A: In the upper right corner of B&R websites, select "Menu" and roll on the left selection bar, click on "New User Registration" to fill up.

Q3: Can I purchase before register as a member?

A: Yes, you can.
After you make a purchase order, you should received two mails from Bonny & Read and Shopline.

1.From Bonny & Read: "Thanks for dear customer purchases with us#......-your order is being processed right now"
2.From Shopline: "Please set up your account password". Click on Shopline websites to fill up the instructions and you can successful registered as a member.
