In order to protect the rights and interests of customers, Bonny &Read provides after-sales services.
You can enjoy 30 days after-sales service from the date you get the package (Taiwan Only). So please check the products upon receipt.
‧Exchange: We accept products exchange in original, unused and unworn conditions. Please request an exchange within 30 days guarantee from the date you receiving the package. Customers need to afford the freight for exchanging products.
‧Returns: We accept returns in original, unused and unworn conditions.Please request a return within 30 days guarantee from the date you receiving the package. Customers need to afford the freight for returns.Please note that the refund will be deducted NT 15 for handling charge.
‧Refund: If you returns in 10 days, you can choose refund in cash or turned into a "STORE CREDITS". You'll get $30 dollar rewards, if you choose to turned into a "STORE CREDITS". If you returns after 10 days, the refund will only be turned into a "STORE CREDITS", and we don't provide additional reward.

Be sure to read the following description, these cases are not included in the range of defects.
‧We ensure all items sell online are accurately represented. However, due to the variation of monitors, photograph chromatic aberration, the color may have slightly difference which does not affect the quality of the item. The actual color will be based on the real item.
‧Residual Glue and Cubic Zirconia inlay issue: Our products are 90% handcrafted, there might have some unavoidable residual glue and acceptable Cubic Zirconia inlay defects are in normal conditions.
‧Earring Pin turns Black: in order to avoid allergy when wearing earrings, the earring pins may not be electroplating polished, so that you may find some of earring pins turn into black color.
‧Curved of Earring Pins: most of the earrings pins are silver-plated, the pins are soft and thin, if the pins curved slightly is a common condition.
‧Scratches: metal products may be overlapped or crashed slightly on the surface during the production procedure, so tiny scratches and nonsmooth surface are acceptable.

Bonny & Read DO NOT provide return and exchange service for the overseas customers. If you receive incorrect items or defective products, please contact our customer service team and send us photos of the products within 10 days. Once your request has been approved, the refund will be turned into a "STORE CREDITS" for your next purchase at Bonny & Read.
