Q1: How do I register as a member?
A: Please visit our official website and click "MENU" and click "SING UP" to fill out the registration form. By giving us your details, purchasing in Bonny & Read will be faster and an enjoyable experience.


Q2: Can I place orders if I am not a member?

A: Yes, you can. You can still place orders in Bonny & Read, but you can not track your order status at the moment. So we strongly recommend you to join our membership.


Q3: Can I register as a member after purchasing?

A: Yes, After placing an order, you will receive two emails from Bonny & Read and Shopline.

1. From Bonny & Read is an order confirmation, you will see "Thanks for your purchases #...... (Your PO number) - Your order has been processing.

2. You can register from Shopline's email, which you will see "Please set up your account password". Click on Shopline websites and follow the instructions and you can register as a member.

Q5: How long does standard delivery take?

A: Standard orders should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

           ‧Standard: In 2-3 working days

          ‧Convenience Store: In 3-5 working days

          ‧Express: In 1-2 working days. (For orders placed before 12:00 PM, except Sundays and holidays)

Q6: Are out-of-stock items restocked?

A: If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.


Q7: Can you change the earrings to clip-on earrings?

A: No, but Bonny & Read provides various clip-on earrings for you. Please check clip-on earrings.


Q8: What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

A: If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service within 10 days from the date you have received the package, and send after our confirmation. Sending back without informing us is not acceptable.


Q9: How do I measure the size of the rings?

A: All the measurement of rings at our website are based on the width of the inner diameter (cm) of rings.Please follow the steps below to check the size you are,

1. Please use a ruler to measure the inner diameter of the ring which you usually wear.

2. Measure the widest part of your finger.

3. Please check “Maintenance” for more information.

Q13: Any handling charge for credit cards payment?

A: It depends on the system you use.

1. AllPay: No handling charge.

2. PayPal: No handling charge for NTD payments in Taiwan. Overseas orders or non-NTD payments will have handling charges.
