BONNY&READ 100-Day Warranty Service

At BONNY&READ, we care not only about our accessories, but also about you.

Starting from 2025/09/04, all accessories purchased through BONNY&READ’s official website are eligible for our 100-day warranty, provided:

  • The item is confirmed by our LINE Customer Service as having a non-human-made defect.
  • The customer is a registered BONNY&READ website member.

Please note: Oxidation is a natural phenomenon and is not covered by the 100-day warranty.

Silver accessories that oxidize can be brought to any BONNY&READ store in Taiwan for complimentary maintenance.

How to Apply for Warranty

Regardless of whether you purchased in-store or online, please contact our LINE Customer Service

  1. Add BONNY&READ’s official LINE account.
  2. Provide your order number, member account, and relevant photo evidence (applicable for purchases made after September 4, 2025).
  3. Once customer service confirms your eligibility, please follow the provided instructions to complete the warranty process (processing time may vary depending on the case).

 

Customer Service Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (closed on weekends and public holidays).
If you contact us outside of service hours, please be patient while awaiting a reply.
